We helped one regional bank in putting together the entire cash management team from scratch. It was a 2 year process and it involved global talent scouting. In the end we placed 1 Head of Sales from Singapore, 1 Product Head from Hong Kong, 1 Product Head from Singapore, 1 Implementation Head from Singapore, 1 Product Specialist from India and 1 Product Specialist from New York.
